Web Developer (Next.js / TypeScript)
Build client websites and internal tools on a modern stack — and own them properly, not just ship and leave.

We build client sites and applications on Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, backed by Postgres or MySQL through Prisma. You'll work across the stack on real client projects, with the expectation that what you build is fast, accessible, and maintainable by whoever picks it up next.
What you'll do
- Build and ship client websites and web applications end to end.
- Turn designs into accessible, responsive interfaces that hold up on real devices.
- Write API routes, data models, and integrations against third-party services.
- Care about Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and analytics wiring on every build.
- Review teammates' code and take review on your own without ego.
What we're looking for
- Solid React and TypeScript — you can explain your own code and defend the choices.
- Practical experience with Next.js (App Router) and a CSS framework such as Tailwind.
- Comfortable with Git, code review, and deploying to a real environment.
- Understands why accessibility and performance matter, not just that they do.
Nice to have
- Prisma, Postgres/MySQL, or Auth.js experience.
- A portfolio or GitHub with work you're willing to talk through.
