1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RNM Consultancy website, client portal, and related services (the "Services") operated by RNM Consultancy ("RNM", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
3. Accounts
When you create an account in our client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Engagements
Any consulting or operational engagement between you and RNM is governed by a separate engagement agreement that defines the scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines. These Terms govern your use of the website and portal; the engagement agreement governs the work itself. Where the two conflict on a specific topic, the engagement agreement controls.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, and design elements are owned by RNM Consultancy and protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced inside an engagement are governed by the relevant engagement agreement, including any licence or assignment terms agreed there.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. Likewise, you agree to keep confidential any non-public information we share with you, including methodologies, proposals, and pricing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNM Consultancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The detailed terms governing any engagement are contained in the relevant engagement agreement.
8. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
