E-Commerce Store Setup
An online store that takes orders, not just visitors.
Standing up a storefront is the easy part — every platform will have you live in a weekend. What sinks most new stores is everything underneath: product data too thin to rank or convert, shipping rates that quietly eat the margin, a checkout that leaks at the payment step, and no tracking to tell you which of those is happening. We build the store and the plumbing together, so the day you launch you can see exactly where money enters and where it falls out.
The patterns we see repeatedly.
- 01
You're selling through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp, and it no longer scales.
- 02
A store exists, gets traffic, and converts at a fraction of what it should.
- 03
Shipping and payment fees are eating a margin nobody has actually calculated.
- 04
Product listings were written once, in a hurry, and don't rank or sell.
- 05
Orders, stock, and accounting live in three places that disagree with each other.
Tangible deliverables, defensible work.
We document, we hand over, and we make sure the outputs live inside your business — not on a shelf.
Platform selection & build
Shopify, WooCommerce, or a marketplace storefront — chosen on your catalogue size, margin, and fulfilment model rather than on what's fashionable. Built on a fast, conversion-tested theme customised to your brand.
Product data & listings
Catalogue structure, variants, and attributes set up properly, with titles, descriptions, and image sets written to rank in search and to answer the questions that stop a buyer mid-checkout.
Payments, shipping & tax
Local and international payment gateways configured, shipping zones and rates modelled against real carrier costs and your margin, and tax settings correct for the markets you sell into.
Checkout & conversion work
A checkout stripped of friction, trust signals where buyers hesitate, abandoned-cart recovery wired up, and the upsell and bundle mechanics that lift average order value.
Tracking & analytics
GA4, server-side conversion tracking, Meta and Google pixels, and a dashboard that reports revenue, conversion rate, and cost per order — so ad spend decisions are made on data you trust.
Operations & integrations
Inventory, order routing, and fulfilment connected to your accounting and, where relevant, your CRM — so stock levels, invoices, and customer records stay in agreement without manual re-keying.
Launch & handover
Pre-launch QA across devices and payment paths, a documented runbook for your team, and training so day-to-day changes don't need us.
What good looks like.
Engagements are measured by outcomes, not output. These are the kinds of results clients tell us about, often.
A store live on a realistic timeline with payments and shipping tested end to end.
Product pages that rank for what buyers search and convert once they land.
Known margin per order after payment fees, shipping, and returns.
Conversion and revenue tracking accurate enough to spend advertising money against.
Orders, stock, and accounting reconciled without a spreadsheet holding it together.

Catalogue & margin review
One to two weeks mapping the catalogue, fulfilment model, and per-order economics — which decides the platform and the shipping strategy.
- 02
Build
Theme, catalogue, payments, shipping, and integrations built and staged, with weekly review sessions rather than a reveal at the end.
- 03
Test & launch
Full QA across devices, real test transactions on every payment path, tracking verified, then launch.

Optimise
Four to eight weeks of post-launch tuning on real traffic — checkout friction, product pages, and shipping thresholds adjusted against actual behaviour.
Shopify or WooCommerce — which do you recommend?
Shopify when you want speed, reliability, and low maintenance, and can live with transaction fees. WooCommerce when you need deep customisation or already run WordPress and have someone to maintain it. We make the call from your catalogue and margin, and we'll tell you plainly if the cheaper platform is the wrong one for you.
Can you migrate an existing store?
Yes — catalogue, customers, order history, and URLs. Redirects are mapped before launch so existing search rankings carry over instead of resetting.
Do you also run the ads and the marketing?
We can. Store setup pairs naturally with PPC & Paid Advertising and Social Media Marketing — many clients launch the store with us and keep the demand side running as a retainer.
Who owns the store afterwards?
You do — accounts, domain, theme, and data are in your name from day one. The handover includes documentation and training so you are never locked in to us.
