Social Media Marketing
An audience that buys, not one that scrolls past.
Social media is where most marketing budgets go to feel busy. Posts go out, engagement ticks along, and nobody can connect any of it to revenue. We run social the way we'd run any other channel: decide which platform your buyers actually use, build content against a thesis rather than a calendar template, and put paid budget behind what earns its place organically. If a format isn't producing enquiries after a fair test, it gets cut.
The patterns we see repeatedly.
- 01
Posting is consistent, engagement looks fine, and not one enquiry traces back to it.
- 02
The team runs four platforms badly because someone said you have to be everywhere.
- 03
Content production depends on one person, and it stops the moment they're busy.
- 04
Paid social spend rises every quarter with no attributable cost per lead.
- 05
Competitors with a worse product have a stronger presence and you can't see why.
Tangible deliverables, defensible work.
We document, we hand over, and we make sure the outputs live inside your business — not on a shelf.
Channel strategy
An honest read on where your buyers actually spend attention — usually one or two platforms, not five. Everything else is deprioritised rather than half-run.
Content strategy & calendar
Content pillars tied to what you sell, a monthly calendar with formats and hooks specified, and a publishing cadence your business can sustain after we're gone.
Creative production
Static graphics, short-form video edits, carousels, and copy — produced on brand and on schedule, from your raw material or ours.
Community management
Comments, DMs, and mentions handled within agreed hours, with enquiries routed straight into your CRM or inbox instead of dying in a notification list.
Paid social campaigns
Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns with tight audience definitions, creative testing, and budgets run to a target cost per lead — not to a spend target.
Reporting that connects to revenue
A monthly report on reach, engagement, and — the part that matters — enquiries generated, cost per enquiry, and which content produced them.
What good looks like.
Engagements are measured by outcomes, not output. These are the kinds of results clients tell us about, often.
A channel mix narrowed to where your buyers actually are.
Content produced on a predictable schedule without depending on one person.
Paid social with a cost per qualified enquiry you can put in front of a CFO.
Enquiries from social arriving in your CRM, attributed to the post that caused them.
A content library that keeps working after the month it was published.
Social media marketing pricing
Retainers sized by how much content you need and whether paid social runs alongside it.
Consistent, on-brand publishing on one channel — the baseline that stops the drift.

Social management runs as a monthly retainer with a minimum three-month term; audits are available standalone.
- 01
Audit & thesis
Two weeks reviewing your current accounts, competitors, and audience — ending in a channel decision and a content thesis, not a generic calendar.
- 02
Produce & publish
Content produced in monthly batches, scheduled, and published, with community management running daily from day one.
- 03
Test paid
Paid budget introduced behind the organic content that already earns attention, tested against a target cost per lead.
- 04
Double down
Monthly review that kills what didn't produce enquiries and scales what did — reported against leads, not impressions.
Do we need to be on every platform?
Almost never. Most B2B clients need LinkedIn done well and nothing else; most consumer clients need Instagram plus one video platform. Spreading across five accounts is the most common reason social marketing underperforms.
Can you work with our existing content or designer?
Yes. Plenty of engagements are us handling strategy, scheduling, community, and paid while your in-house designer produces the creative. We slot into your workflow.
How long before it produces leads?
Paid social can produce enquiries within two to three weeks. Organic reach on a new or neglected account typically takes two to three months to compound. We say which one your budget is buying before you commit.
Do you buy followers or engagement?
No. It inflates a number that means nothing, poisons your audience targeting, and makes every subsequent report useless. If a proposal anywhere promises follower growth as the headline metric, that's the tell.
