Data Operations Executive
Build and verify the B2B and B2C datasets that our clients' outbound campaigns run on.

Every outbound campaign we run is only as good as the data underneath it. You'll build targeted contact lists, run verification and enrichment, manage suppression and DNC scrubbing, and keep client CRM data clean. Precision matters more than speed here — a bad file costs a client real money and real reputation.
What you'll do
- Build ICP-matched B2B contact lists from Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Run email verification, deduplication, and firmographic enrichment before delivery.
- Apply DNC scrubbing and suppression rules to every consumer file.
- Maintain sourcing documentation so every file can withstand an audit.
- Run recurring hygiene cycles across client CRM databases.
What we're looking for
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — lookups, dedup, and cleaning at volume.
- Genuinely detail-oriented; you notice when a column is subtly wrong.
- Methodical about following a documented process exactly.
- Good written English for documentation and delivery notes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar data platforms.
- SQL or scripting for handling larger files.
