Send without that and messages are filtered, throughput is throttled, and nobody tells you: your delivery reports look acceptable while your replies fall off a cliff. We handle the registration properly: brand submitted with details that match your actual company records, campaigns declared against what you genuinely send, sample messages and opt-in evidence that survive review, and the opt-out handling carriers expect.
